Aquafit
Deep & Shallow water classes with an emphasis on cardiovascular & muscular strengthening, as well as healthy flexibility, in a NON impact environment.
- Classes run by session, usually for 8 weeks.
- Current session runs until Friday Feb 26, next session starts Monday March 1 and runs until end of April.
- No classes on Statutory Holidays or March Break.
- Payment made to Partners In Health.
COST AND PAYMENT
- Option 1:
Full Session Prepayment option: the number of Monday & Wednesday classes x $9 per class, plus 5% HST. Those who purchase this have Fridays for $5.
- Option 2:
Best Value Prorated - join after the session has begun and the classes will be pro rated at $9 per times the number of classes left, plus 5% HST.
- Option 3:
Travellers Package - if you will be away for more than 4 of the classes, i.e. 2 weeks, but wish to register before the classes start anyway the rate is:
$12 x number of classes, plus GST. Please count the numbers of classes you will be at, and multiply x $12, add %5 GST.
- Drop ins welcome; $15 per class.

Older Adult Exercise Class
A low impact aerobic, weight training class with emphasis on coordination, balance and functional exercise.
- $3 per class
- Must be a member of The Leisure Time Club
- Drop ins welcome
- Ongoing classes except for Statutory Holidays
- Payment made to the Leisure Time Club.

Older Adult Gentle Yoga
A beginner class designed to teach the fundamentals of Yoga to a wide range of people.
- $5 per class
- Must be a member of The Leisure Time Club
- Drop ins welcome
- Currently running until March Break, may continue depending on registration
- Payment made to the Leisure Time Club.

Pilates Classes
Contemporary Pilates classes with an emphasis on moving well and feeling great, as well as learning the Classic Pilates exercises.
- $12.60 for a drop in
- Membership is not required but classes offered with membership
- Ongoing classes, change seasonally
- Payment made to TAG gym

Pilates & Yoga Fusion Class:
All levels combo Yoga & Pilates Class, blending a variety of Yoga poses with Pilates alignment and core work.
- $15 per class
- Currently running until March 30th
- May be offered in the late spring & early summer
- Full registration is offered at the beginning of the program.
